Campaigns at a glance

See every active campaign, reply rates, lead volume, and performance trends. No digging through multiple tools.

Conversations in real time

Every reply, every AI-handled conversation, every booked call. Visible the moment it happens. Filter by sentiment, status, or campaign.

Self-serve when you want

Add lead sources, tweak sequences, launch new campaigns. Your team does it from the dashboard without waiting on anyone.

Nothing locked behind tiers

There is only one plan, $69 per LinkedIn account per month, and every feature is on it. The dashboard works the same whether you run one account or ten.

Where this matters most.

Teams that don't want to depend on us

If you'd rather make changes yourself at 11pm than wait for an account manager to reply tomorrow, this is the design point. Most agency engagements fail at exactly this dependency.

Multiple people reviewing replies

When more than one person on your team needs to see what's happening — founder, head of sales, RevOps — a shared dashboard beats forwarded screenshots.

Companies that have been burned by black-box agencies

Visibility is the antidote to 'trust me, the system is working.' Every message, every reply, every metric is auditable.

What it doesn't do.

Limits we'd rather state up front than pretend away.

  • ·Replace your CRM. The dashboard is for running outbound, not managing your whole sales process. Leads and calls sync out to your CRM.
  • ·Auto-build campaigns from scratch. New campaigns still go through us during onboarding, then your team takes over edits.
  • ·Pretend to be a forecasting tool. We don't fake pipeline projections from outbound activity — the math is too noisy.
  • ·Lock features to higher tiers. There's no "upgrade for analytics" wall. Everything is on every plan.

How it's set up.

Team accounts during onboarding

Anyone on your team who needs access gets it. Read-only views available for execs who just want to glance.

Notification routing

You choose what surfaces where: hot leads to Slack, weekly summaries by email, urgent issues only to phone. No spam by default.

Custom views

Pin the campaigns, segments, and time windows you actually care about to your homepage. We set up the first version with you.

Export everything

Every conversation, every lead, every metric is exportable as CSV. It's your data — no lock-in.

Honest answers.

Can the dashboard be white-labeled?

Not currently. The dashboard runs under Wingmen branding. If white-labeling matters for your business, talk to us — we'll be straight about the timeline.

Is there a mobile version?

It works in a mobile browser for review and quick actions. There's no dedicated app. Most of the work happens on desktop anyway.

Who owns the data?

You do. We don't resell, share, or train models on your data. Full export at any time, and full deletion on request.

What happens if we cancel?

You get a 30-day window to export everything. After that the account is closed and data deleted. No hostage situation.

Can we plug into our existing analytics stack?

Yes — webhooks and BI exports cover most cases. Direct integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive are built in.
