Terms of Service

The short version

Wingmen finds people who look like your buyers on LinkedIn and reaches out to them on your behalf, from your connected accounts, with copy you control. You pay per connected account. You stay responsible for what goes out under your name. Either of us can end this arrangement at any time.

Your account

Wingmen is a product of VIDALIBRE LLC. You need an account to use it, the email on it has to be yours, and you are responsible for what happens under your login. One person per seat; sharing a login across a team is not supported.

Billing

Plans are billed through Stripe, per connected LinkedIn account, monthly or annually. If your plan starts with a trial, the trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Cancelling stops the next charge; time already paid for is not refunded, and your workspace stays readable after a subscription ends - outreach stops, your data does not disappear. One-time purchases on this site, like the playbook, are digital goods delivered immediately - if yours did not arrive or does not open, email us and we will make it right.

Your connected accounts, honestly

Wingmen works through YOUR LinkedIn account and mailbox, connected via Unipile. Automated activity on LinkedIn can breach LinkedIn's own terms of service, and accounts that send too aggressively can be restricted by LinkedIn. Wingmen paces sending and enforces daily caps to reduce that risk - reduce, not eliminate. You accept that risk when you connect an account; if LinkedIn restricts your account, that is between you and LinkedIn.

Acceptable use

Do not use Wingmen to:

• send spam, scams, or anything illegal where you or the recipient live
• harass people, or keep contacting someone who asked you to stop
• impersonate anyone, or connect accounts that are not yours to connect
• process lead data you have no lawful basis to process

We can suspend accounts that do these things, and we would rather warn you first - but we do not have to if the abuse is clear.

Your data and your leads

Your lead lists, conversations, and settings are yours. We process lead data on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you close your account, we delete your data on request.

What we promise, and what we don't

We work to keep Wingmen fast, safe, and honest about what it did and didn't do. We do not promise specific results - replies and meetings depend on your offer and your market, not just on tooling. Wingmen is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, our liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Disputes and changes

If something goes wrong, email nemanja@leaded.pro first - most problems are fixable in a day. If these terms change materially, we will update this page and the date at the top; continuing to use Wingmen after a change means you accept it.
