Multi-Channel Sequences

LinkedIn and email. One sequence, two channels.

Your system reaches prospects on LinkedIn first. If there's no response, it follows up by email. Same voice, same conversation, different inbox.

EMAIL

LinkedIn first

Personalized connection requests and follow-up messages. Written in your voice, referencing things relevant to the prospect. Not templates.

Email when it goes quiet

If LinkedIn doesn't get a response, the system switches to email. Same tone, same thread, new channel. No manual handoff.

Sequences you control

See every step, edit the messaging, adjust timing. The visual sequence builder shows you exactly what happens and when.

AI-written personalization

Each message is personalized based on the prospect's profile, company, and activity. Not just first name merge tags.

Where this matters most.

Senior B2B buyers

Senior buyers ignore cold email from unknown domains but accept LinkedIn connections from credible-looking peers. Starting on LinkedIn changes the first-touch dynamic completely.

Categories with bad email deliverability

Some buyer segments (finance, legal, enterprise IT) have aggressive spam filters. LinkedIn-first means your message actually arrives.

Markets where personalization is non-negotiable

Agencies, consulting, premium SaaS. Two channels means twice the surface to personalize across — and twice the chance the prospect sees something that doesn't look canned.

What it doesn't do.

Limits we'd rather state up front than pretend away.

  • ·Mass-send identical messages on both channels at once. That's spam, and it shows. The system uses one channel at a time on the same thread.
  • ·Replace personal LinkedIn DMs from the founder. The system runs alongside your personal outreach, not on top of it.
  • ·Send unlimited LinkedIn messages. LinkedIn's rate limits are real and changing constantly. We respect them, which sometimes means slower volume than email-only setups.
  • ·Magically write a great first message from no context. The personalization is only as good as the signal we can read on the prospect — if their profile is empty, the opener will be generic.

How it's set up.

LinkedIn account warm-up

We connect your sending LinkedIn account (or a dedicated one) and warm it gradually. Cold accounts at full volume get restricted within days.

Email domain setup

Dedicated sending domains with SPF, DKIM, DMARC configured properly. We don't send from your main domain — that's how legit teams get blacklisted.

Sequence build

We draft the first sequence with you in a working session, then iterate based on early reply patterns. Most sequences settle into final shape by week 3.

Personalization layer

AI personalization runs against the prospect's profile, recent activity, and company signals. You set the rules for what counts as a strong enough signal to send.

Honest answers.

Will using LinkedIn at scale get my account restricted?

Not at our send rates if the account is warmed properly. We send well below LinkedIn's limits and use compliant tooling. We'd rather send less and keep the account healthy than push volume and lose it.

Can we use a team member's LinkedIn or do we need a dedicated one?

Either works. Most teams use a dedicated LinkedIn account for higher-volume campaigns and a personal one for founder-led outreach. We'll recommend per case.

How long until the email side starts working?

Roughly 2–3 weeks for new sending domains to fully warm. We start with low volume on email and ramp; LinkedIn is faster off the line.

What if someone replies on LinkedIn after the sequence moved to email?

The system follows the conversation — wherever the prospect engages, that's where the AI agent continues. No double-dipping.

Can we add SMS or cold calling?

Not currently. We focus on LinkedIn and email because doing two channels well beats doing four channels poorly. If your buyer requires cold calling, we're not the right fit.
