Waterfall ICP search

Title, company size, industry, region, tech stack. The fundamentals. Multiple data providers queried in sequence so you get the best match rate.

Competitor followers

People following your competitors on LinkedIn. They already care about the problem. They just haven't heard from you yet.

LinkedIn group members

Self-identified interest in your space. Group members are pre-qualified by topic.

Post engagers

People who liked or commented on relevant posts. Active intent signal. They're engaged with the topic right now.

Influencer audiences

Followers of thought leaders in your market. Engaged and aware of the problem you solve.

Every source feeds the same pipeline

Scrape, filter for your ICP, enrich, score, personalize, into your sequence. You add sources from the dashboard whenever you want.

Where this matters most.

Categories with clear competitors

Competitor-follower sourcing is strongest when your category is defined by 2–4 well-known players. It's weaker in fragmented markets where no single competitor has a notable following — there, we lean on group and engagement signals instead.

Niches with active community signal

Specialized LinkedIn groups, recurring industry posts, and known thought leaders make engagement-based sourcing dense. If your space is quiet on LinkedIn, this rung is thinner — and we'll tell you up front.

Buyer roles tied to hiring patterns

When the people who buy you are also the people who get hired in waves (RevOps, DevRel, fractional CMOs), hiring-signal sourcing surfaces high-intent accounts before they appear on any list.

What it doesn't do.

Limits we'd rather state up front than pretend away.

  • ·Magically find buyers in markets that don't exist on LinkedIn. If your ICP is offline (local services, blue-collar trades, certain SMB segments), most of these sources won't work — and we'll be honest about it.
  • ·Replace intent data from product-led signals. If you're a PLG SaaS, your strongest intent signal is in your own product, not external sourcing.
  • ·Bypass platform rate limits. Sourcing volume is bounded by what LinkedIn and our enrichment providers actually allow without burning the account.
  • ·Buy you a list someone else already sold to ten competitors. Every source is built fresh for your ICP, not pulled from a recycled database.

How it's set up.

ICP definition session

60–90 minutes to define titles, company shapes, geographies, exclusions, and signals. We push back where the definition is too loose — bad ICP definitions waste the whole build.

Source prioritization

We pick 3–5 sources for the first 30 days based on what fits your category. We don't turn all sources on at once — it makes attribution impossible.

Quality review

First 200–500 leads from each new source get a manual eyeball before they hit a sequence. Cheap and prevents 90% of bad-list damage.

Continuous adjustment

Sources that produce reply-quality leads get scaled. Sources that produce noise get paused or retuned. Visible in the dashboard.

Honest answers.

Where does the data actually come from?

A mix: LinkedIn (via compliant scraping and integrations), waterfall enrichment providers (Apollo, Clay-style providers, LeadMagic, and others depending on what fits your ICP), and our own collection of public signal sources. We don't buy random lists.

Is this GDPR-compliant?

We operate under legitimate interest for B2B outreach with clear opt-out paths and we honor every removal request immediately. For EU outreach we apply additional filtering. Happy to walk through the specifics with your legal team if needed.

How fresh is the data?

Most sources are re-enriched at the moment of campaign assembly, not pulled from a stale cache. Job titles and company info reflect what we see when the lead enters your pipeline, not what was true six months ago.

Can we bring our own list?

Yes. We'll enrich, dedupe against existing campaigns, and route it through the same sequencing. We'll also tell you honestly if your list looks low-intent.

What if our ICP doesn't show up well in any of these sources?

Then outbound at the scale you want probably isn't the right primary channel, and we'd rather say that early than burn six months building something thin. There are markets where direct sales, partnerships, or events outperform outbound — we'll tell you if you're in one.
